If you must cancel your tour reservation, please notify Sierra to the Sea Registration in writing immediately to receive the maximum refund possible.
We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations or emergencies. If for whatever reason you are not able to join us on the Tour, travel insurance may cover losses.
As indicated on the Registration Form, The Sierra to the Sea cancellation policy is:
- Any cancellation after your registration is confirmed will result in a minimum $100 cancellation fee.
- If your mailed cancellation is postmarked May 1, 2008, or later there will be no refund, unless a new registrant fills your cancelled space, in which case only the $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
- If your mailed cancellation is postmarked June 1, 2008, or later there will be no refund.
- For your own security, please consider travel/trip cancellation insurance. This can be obtained through travel agents and from many insurers directly. Try a Google Search for "travel cancellation insurance".
