Day 3 - Ryde to Lake Solano
(June 17)
Tuesday’s route has two, yes two delta ferryboat crossings, both within the first 10 river levee miles! Continue south along the levee into Rio Vista and pause at a local bakery before you continue southwest into the rolling Montezuma Hills and through a high tech wind farm. Don't worry; the winds are usually light before noon! Our route travels through Fairfield before continuing north on quiet back roads before returning to Lake Solano Park, same as years past.
