For the last two years we all loved new starting point “up in the Sierra” so the 2008 the tour will again will again begin at 7100 feet in Bear Valley! This years route will be essentially the same as last year.
The Sierra to the Sea Tour begins in San Jose, California
on Saturday, June 14, 2008. That morning charter buses shuttle you
and your bicycle from the Holiday Inn to Bear Valley in the Sierra Nevada
Mountains, where
we have the afternoon and evening to explore and get
to know each other. You may bicycle on Day 0, but no SAG support or
route maps are provided. Days 1 through 7 are all cycling:
