We all loved last years new starting point “up in the Sierras” so the 2007 tour will again begin at 7100 feet in Bear Valley! This years route will be essentially the same as last year, with some minor tweaking and simplifying, just to give the route director something to do!
The Sierra to the Sea Tour begins in San Jose, California
on Saturday, June 16, 2007. That morning charter buses shuttle you
and your bicycle from the Holiday Inn to Bear Valley in the Sierra Nevada
Mountains, where
we have the afternoon and evening to explore and get
to know each other. You may bicycle on Day 0, but no SAG support or
route maps are provided. Days 1 through 7 are all cycling:
